By using FanShield ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. FanShield provides automated DMCA takedown services for content creators on OnlyFans, Fansly, and similar platforms.
FanShield scans 1.7M+ websites for leaked content, files DMCA takedown notices, requests search engine deindexing, detects impersonators and deepfakes (select plans), and provides facial recognition-based content identification.
You must be at least 18 years old and the copyright holder or authorized representative of the content you wish to protect.
Provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account credentials. Do not submit false DMCA claims - filing fraudulent DMCA notices is a federal offense under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
You can designate a whitelist of authorized websites. FanShield will not file DMCA takedowns against whitelisted domains. You are responsible for maintaining this list.
Reference photos are used solely for AI-powered leak detection. Photos are encrypted, never shared with third parties, and can be deleted upon request at any time.
Plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancel anytime from your dashboard - takes effect at end of billing period. No refunds for partial periods. No cancellation fees.
We achieve high removal rates (92% average) but cannot guarantee 100% removal. Some platforms may not comply with DMCA requests. Timelines vary by platform.
FanShield's total liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for content re-uploaded after removal.
Either party may terminate at any time. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of account closure, except DMCA records retained for 2 years for legal compliance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
